Once again the Alabama Department of Child Abuse and Neglect, Children’s Trust Fund, has granted funds for UCP HEARTS voucher respite programs across Alabama. Eligible caregivers include those who provide full time care for children with disabilities up to the age of 19 or children who are at risk of abuse and neglect.
